The tale of Tania... LOVE and it's thorns..
Peter fumbled with his phone for a while, "I must do this today, it can't wait until tomorrow" he thought. His thoughts soon went to Amanda the pretty girl he had met in the club some nights back, and itching the side of his head to show the effect, he murmured "My God! How she drives me crazy"...
He picked up his phone briskly, more determined this time. And after the caller rang for a while, an angelic feminine voice rang out... " Hello"... "Hello"... Peter repeated in response and as a matter of interruption... "Tania"... He said coldly, I seriously don't know where we are headed in this relationship, you don't call, you don't text... "but"... Tania said somewhat in a plea.. " but nothing"... Peter said almost shouting...
"ok fine... I know I'm guilty of that and I'm sorry", Tania said finally. Peter shook his head, before saying "Tania... I'm tired of this relationship, let's not force ourselves anymore... It's over" and he hung up.
After the brief conversation he smiled to himself... "Amanda at last! He said in jubilation".
Tania took a cold bath, and as the icy cold water flowed freely down her light complexioned skin, she sighed. She had played the particular break-up scene in her head a million times... But the real life version hurt a little, I mean she wasn't crazy about Peter or anything; I mean the guy was a bad kisser and would go as low as asking her for cash sometimes, all in all in her own perspective... There was nothing to miss.
But yet the rejection hurt, either that or it was the fact that she didn't end things earlier on.
A few weeks past and Peter was seen cruising around school with his new "Gal".. Amanda. She was way taller than Tania and to Peter, a newly found trophy. This didn't get to Tania at all, as he had her dreams laid out already.
Soon she followed her dreams as a writer and even got a petite modelling gig. Her new new nick soon became "miss independent"... As the cash came rolling in soon enough.
Peter sat with his friend John at the student's cafeteria to complain about Amanda, "No one is perfect," he began... "but my guy, this girl is seriously taxing me, I have to provide money for everything, like I'm her father". John laughed for a while with the realisation, that Peter had said that his ex- Tania, never asked him for a dime.
A somewhat Petite distraction soon walked past them. "that girl is damn.. Beautiful! John exclaimed, and Peter on seeing the Angel's face covered his..." that is Tania" he said finally... And John gave him an "Are you mentally ok... Look"
"you mean you left that goddess... For mandy?" and this time Peter didn't reply..
