AFRICAN PARENTS BE LIKE... (father's reaction after seeing his daughter's profile picture)

Daughter used musician Phyno (picture)  on whatsapp and that is how her father reacted (pictured above)...
The 'what's Phyno?'  part, cracked me up... But this is softcore compared to  some African homes...
Indeed the frequency differs from home to home. That is why...  We do not find ourselves doing things like... (E . G) giving mum that money that uncle gave you because you will never get it back, and if you dare push for it like you are filing a law suit, you will implore the wrath of 'the food you have been eating since...  Is what?'
Welcome to the world where as a teenage girl, sex education from home goes  like this...  'If a boy touches you, even like this(she taps your arm sharply to show the speed and accuracy of the action)  you will get pregnant' and dear people that is the verdict of the gods(and as you know, you dare not argue because the gods never lie).
Furthermore, it takes a village to train a child, thus when you see a woman staring at you as you are walking home, and you stare at her too, in confusion, or with thoughts as to, does she know me from somewhere  and the next thing you hear is 'you are looking at me? So you can't greet ehn?'
Or you make one little mistake and mum would say ' I did  not kill my mother  so you cannot kill me.'
Amongst  others we are also groomed in the Era where...  Chatting  and paying attention to your phone for a long time annoys our parents, thus if you dare make any complaint such as 'the heat is something  else, the next you will  hear is' how will you not feel heat when you will be pressing' pressing your phone everytime'
We were also groomed to endure, and that is why, when you ask for a big favour, you will ultimately  have to endure the lecture  of 'in my time...  There was no...'  for the 100th time...
Most likely one, sounding like...  'in my time there was nothing like  Facebook instead  we had' face your book'.  Which is better than  you people's 'Facebook'  by the way...
As harsh as the reality of all
the above, it was still better than...

Hmm... Which punishment were you a regular customer of? #lol# #dats me rocking number 13 one time in primary school#... And  if you should look more closely, you would realise that #shakiti Bobo# and other dance steps did  not come out of the blues...

More photos after the cut...

Proudly African...  Most of these acts beautified our child hood...  Thumbs up to the African parent... #but take it easy sometimes o! # *winks*...
